Hold the circular button for 5 seconds untill you hear ''pairing'' mode. This way you do not have to hit reset everytime you want to connect a new device. I had the same issue where once paired with Phone, could not find my PC. So as said here I reset it, but i wanted to switch back to my Phone, so i had to reset again. This had to be a mistake.
